Stubble cultivating drill for grain crops broadcast sowing

Stubble cultivating drill for grain crops broadcast sowing - is a modification of grain and fertilizer stubble cultivating drill.
Cultivating drill is used for drill and broadcast sowing of grain and medium-sized legumes on stubble fields with the simultaneous weeding, applying mineral granular fertilizers and packing the soil.
The drill is equipped with spring hoes.
To provide broadcast sowing coulters are fitted with grain distributors attached under hoes. Given the rows are 228 mm apart the sowing width is up to 160 mm. Taking into account plants tillering this provides close sowing. Depending on weather conditions and vegetation crops can give 12% yield gain.
When sowing on tilled soil there is no need in hoes so couplers can be fitted with special tips.
According to a customer's request the drill can be stocked with the following roller types:
wedge rollers;
disk and crowfoot rollers;
rubber wheels (5x10).
The drill provides proper sowing on soils with various mechanical composition and relative humidity up to 20% in layer 0...10 cm (35...75% of the limiting field water capacity). It also promotes maximum retention of trash on the field in order to reduce moisture evaporation and wind erosion.
The drill is equipped with indicators of grain remaining in the hopper and indicator of grain distributors shaft rotation.
Additional hitches and connectors supplied under special order are used to make up a wide-cut unit of 2, 3 and more drills.
For quick transportation of a wide-cut unit without its disassembly by one tractor driver a special fixture can be supplied under a customer's request. The width of the unit is 4.4 m, which corresponds to the established norms for transportation of agricultural machinery on public roads (over railway crossings and bridges).
